Top Puzzle Games on iOS in Costa Rica: Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, the puzzle game category on iOS in Costa Rica saw varying performances among the top five apps. Here’s a look at how these games fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Clever - Brain Training Games by DPM APPS LP showed a steady increase in revenue, peaking at approximately $756 in the final week of March. Downloads rose to 921 in mid-January, while active users grew from around 827 to 1.3K by the quarter's end.

Color Block Jam from Rollic Games experienced a significant rise in both revenue and downloads. Revenue surged to $1.8K by late March, and downloads reached 2.6K in early February. Active users increased impressively, peaking at over 4.3K mid-March.

Screwscapes by META SLOTS LIMITED had a notable decline. Revenue started strong at $820 in January but dropped sharply to just $36 by March. Downloads ceased entirely after early February, while active users gradually declined from about 3.4K to 1.9K.

Kahoot! Play & Create Quizzes by Kahoot ASA maintained a consistent performance. Revenue increased to $741 at the end of March. Downloads hovered around 500 weekly, and active users remained stable, peaking at approximately 3K in mid-February.

Angry Birds 2 by Rovio Entertainment Oyj faced fluctuations. Revenue reached a low of $85 in late March, while downloads decreased to just 99. Active users saw a decline from 4.3K to around 2.9K throughout the quarter.
